Our hair building fibers are intended for personal cosmetic use only. They are not a medical device and are not a treatment for hair loss. Results vary by individual based on hair density, hair color match, and application technique. Marelle is available in six shades designed to blend with mixed-tone natural hair. Please consult the shade guide on our Site before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We offer free EU shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Unused bottles in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Marelle is backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with your results, contact us for a refund. The guarantee does not cover bottles that have been substantially used or damaged through misuse.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Marelle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Marelle is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
